Our bandsaw is loud, messy, and dangerous. It can only be used by a staff member on site.
A bandsaw is a toothed steel blade passed over two band wheels. It cuts material held between the wheels. The material may be wood, plastic, metal or meat. Bandsaws are set up in different ways for different materials
Hearing and eye protection MUST be worn at all times while operating this tool.
Please book in a time with a staff member to use. This tool CANNOT BE USED BY MEMBERS CURRENTLY. Eventually our aim is to create an induction so members can use it, but there is no ETA for this.
